At Neon Vandals Ltd, we operate a Print on Demand (POD) model. This means that we do not hold pre-printed stock. Instead, your garment is printed specifically for you only once an order is placed.

By producing gear this way, we significantly reduce textile waste and ensure you receive a fresh, high-quality product. Because each item is custom-made, our delivery times are slightly longer than traditional retailers.

Delivery Timeframes

Please allow 20 business days for your order to arrive. This timeframe includes two stages:

Production (Printing & Quality Check): 10-14 business days.

Transit (Shipping to your UK address): 2-3 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery: Within 20 business days.

To protect the specialized screen-printed ink, please follow these laundry instructions:

WASH: Turn the garment inside out and wash in cold water.

DETERGENT: Use a mild detergent; avoid bleach or harsh fabric softeners.

DRY: Tumble dry on low heat or hang to air dry (recommended).

IRON: Never iron directly onto the glow-in-the-dark design.
